Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan is developed in response to the need to improve governance and organizational capacity by motivating excellence in performance. The Plan is a working document which outlines key issues, targeted outputs and enabling activities under six (6) Key Result Areas to improve performance and are also relevant for quality decisions and timely actions by leaders at the bureaucratic level. The plan places greater emphasis on improving administrative systems and processes, and building effective teamwork within the Provincial Administration and with relevant stakeholders and development partners.
